Plan Zheroes unveils its first charity cookbook, celebrating childhood food memories and zero-waste recipes to repurpose surplus ingredients.

At Plan Zheroes, we’re excited to present our very first charity cookbook! This collection celebrates the joy of food through recipes inspired by childhood memories and the mission to reduce food waste. Every recipe is designed to use surplus ingredients, helping transform everyday kitchen items into something extraordinary.

A community-driven collection

This cookbook is a true community effort, with recipes provided by our wonderful network of traders, volunteers, staff, and partner charities. Together, we work tirelessly to rescue food and ensure it reaches people who need it. From mains and soups to delicious puddings, each section of the book offers practical ways to use the surplus ingredients often found in our refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.

A world of flavors 🌎

Inside, you’ll discover a treasure trove of recipes inspired by diverse cuisines from around the globe . Each recipe invites you to explore new flavors while contributing to our mission of reducing food waste. The book also features charming illustrations by the talented Rosie Brooks, bringing each recipe and story to life.
