Dee is our CEO, supporting relationships with new businesses and charities wanting to connect with each other. She is also working hard to diversify methods of generating revenue – watch this space for more news!
Agnese started her journey with Plan Zheroes as a market volunteer but now doubles as our Head of Operations, leading our online donations platform and managing our offline activities too!
Tash is our Head of Markets and Communications, helping coordinate surplus food collections at Borough Market and build strong relationships with traders, volunteers and charity partners.
Alongside her work at the market, Tash leads our communications across social media and the website, helping to share the impact of our work and reach new audiences. She is passionate about raising awareness of food waste and bringing more people together to support Plan Zheroes.
Our Trustees
Vic joined Plan Zheroes already feeling strongly that we all have a role to play in addressing the imbalances behind food poverty. At Euston FoodBank they support some of the most vulnerable people in London and they see the impact of these grassroots efforts weekly in their community. In the process Vic has also learned so much about interactions with other charities, surplus food in the system and the role of organisations like Plan Zheroes in redirecting food in the community. Vic is keen to use her experience and network to support and hopefully build on Plan Zheroes’ impact and reach.
James’ parents were greengrocers and market gardeners in New Zealand, so markets have been part of his life for as long as he can remember. Working in the family business after school and during the holidays gave him an appreciation for food, community, and the effort that goes into getting fresh produce to people. That background is one of the reasons James has always felt strongly about reducing food waste. Through Plan Zheroes, James has been able to help redirect surplus food while connecting with a wider community and gaining a better understanding of the challenges faced across the charity sector.
Renee has over two decades of experience in the legal and financial services industries, with expertise in tax, governance, and strategic planning.
Alicia has supported Plan Zheroes since 2021, originally as a volunteer at Borough Market. She continues to volunteer alongside her trustee role and is passionate about tackling food waste while supporting local communities most in need. Alicia brings 10+ years experience in Finance, Marketing and Strategic roles including leading multi-functional teams and large commercial projects.
Mike has more than 15 years of providing analytical insights, advising senior leadership on strategy & operations, managing cross-functional teams, mentoring and developing future leaders, creating go-to-market strategies and enhancing corporate productivity.

Jeremy Pang
Jeremy is a chef, author and television presenter, and founder of the award-winning School of Wok cookery school in London. He regularly appears on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and has presented ITV’s Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen and Jeremy Pang’s Hong Kong Kitchen. He is the author of several cookbooks, including Chinese Unchopped, Hong Kong Diner and Jeremy Pang’s Chinese Kitchen. Jeremy is also behind Wok for 1000, a charity initiative raising awareness of food poverty, with profits donated to Plan Zheroes.
Kristen Frederickson
Kristen is a former New York City art historian and gallerist, and enthusiastic occasional curator. She has lived in London since 2006, working as a food blogger and as a freelance cookery writer. She is the author of Tonight at 7.30: One Family’s Life at the Table and Second Helpings with her daughter Avery Curran providing the photographs for both. Kristen is also Members Communications Director for the Guild of Food Writers. She and her husband John have been volunteering with us at Borough Market since 2019.
