Borough Market is a historic market in central London with an emphasis on high-quality food, sustainable production, and social connection. Borough Market is our flagship project, and to date, we have saved over 103 tonnes of great surplus food from being wasted.

Better Bankside

Better Bankside is a Business Improvement District that exists to make Bankside a better place to live, work, and visit. Thanks to them, we can buy supplies to improve our surplus food collections.

WRAP

WRAP is a climate action NGO working around the globe to tackle the causes of the climate crisis and give the planet a sustainable future. We use their conversion system to quantify how much CO2 we are saving from our surplus food collections.
